I hate to admit it, but i attended the first monterey jazz festival as a youngster, i didn't realize how great the musicians were at the time, goodman , holiday et al if i can remember even mulligan.
but look what the monterey experience has spawned my two blogs, www.myspace.com/mewmontaraduo and www.birdnestq.blogspot.com and www.lsmedia.biz/mew-mortara-duo.
